Dinned at Crossbow 12-18-2011. Grand Daughter ordered Alfredo with Chicken on the side. She just wanted Alfredo but it was not available that way. The Alfredo had something in it that is not normally used and she could not eat it. The waitress said she could not take it off the bill.
We ordered a grilled cheese for her. It came with Texas toast bread and a dill pickle. The pickle juice got on half of the sandwich so she could not eat it. The waitress did not offer to make her another one. I don't understand why restaurants think they can make a better grilled cheese than mother or grandmother. Two slices of Wonder bread, two slices of Kraft cheese. The kid will be happy, the parents will be happy and the restaurant will make more money. The rest of the food was good. Service was very good but not able to be helpful.
I would have preferred to send this info by email to the restaurant but could not find an email address.

Cross Bow is a very small, very big restaurant with wonderful food at a great price with generous portions. Love to visit there. It's always a treet.
